In today’s VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity) environment, communication in the business world is not always straightforward and simple. Discussions can often be challenging as they involve sensitive matters, difficult scenarios and complicated topics. In addition, we sometimes have to give difficult feedback or bad news that invokes strong emotional reactions.
